About Systemic Psychotherapy

Growth and transformation symbolized by a plant - representing personal development through Systemic Psychotherapy

What is Systemic Psychotherapy?

Systemic Psychotherapy focuses on relationships — how we communicate, interact, understand and support each other. It sees difficulties not just in individuals, but in the patterns and dynamics between people, such as couples or families. Rather than assigning blame, it creates space for everyone's views and experiences to be heard, building on family strengths and resources to make positive changes in their relationships.

The aim is not to take sides or assign blame,
rather to facilitate a shared understanding
and explore new ways of relating to each other.
